Linux Windows Infrastructure Support Administrator
Framestore VR Studio
Apply Linux, Windows, scripting, and virtualization skills supporting Framestore’s storage, workstations, and rendering infrastructure. The position serves studios across North America.
This Systems Support Administrator acts as an escalation point within the Systems Support team. You will troubleshoot incidents, administer operating systems, manage application deployment, and support enterprise storage platforms and file systems. The role also involves monitoring system health, maintaining infrastructure alerts, and contributing to technical projects with other technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support enterprise storage platforms and file systems
Maintain physical and logical technology systems
Support software on the render farm
Monitor health, performance, and infrastructure alerts
Collaborate on artist workflows and production requirements
Requirements:
Three or more years in level one IT or similar
Red Hat, Windows, and OSX application support experience
Basic PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
VMware ESXi and virtualization fundamentals
Enterprise storage architecture and file systems knowledge
Use infrastructure support, scripting, storage, and virtualization capabilities to help Framestore maintain dependable creative technology systems.
