This casual position helps maintain continuity across programming, sick-day coverage, lunch covers, holidays, and new positions. You may work multiple shifts throughout the week, with rosters provided in advance whenever possible. Story House supports safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Cover programming, sick days, and lunch periods
Support longer holiday coverage when required
Step into brand-new positions when needed
Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
Support children’s safety, participation, and empowerment
Requirements:

Early Childhood Educator experience and knowledge
Availability for short-notice shifts when required
Availability for multiple shifts throughout the week
Commitment to child safety and inclusion
Working with Children Check and reference checks
Bring early childhood expertise, flexibility, and commitment to respectful relationships across Story House Early Learning’s Windsor service.
