HR Generalist Studio Advisor
Moment Factory
Support Moment Factory’s creative studio as an HR Generalist Advisor, guiding employees and managers while shaping an engaging employee experience.
Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will serve as the day-to-day HR contact for approximately 100 employees and a dozen managers. You will provide advice across human resources management, support professional and personal development, and help address studio-wide employee needs. The position contributes to evolving HR practices and a healthy, inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide employees through day-to-day human resources matters
Advise managers across human resources management areas
Support professional and personal development initiatives
Contribute to healthy and engaging workplace conditions
Help shape strategic decisions about employee needs
Requirements:
Human resources generalist capability supporting diverse internal teams
Strong empathy and active listening skills
Ability to understand employee needs and challenges
Experience advising managers in daily work
