Retail Operations Manager Edmonton

Oversee retail operations at Dollar Tree Canada in Edmonton, coordinating merchandising, inventory management, and front end execution. This full time Store Manager role reports to the District Manager.
As Store Manager, you will direct operational activities while leading associates toward profitable sales. You will manage scheduling, recruitment and development, merchandising, inventory, and front end operations. Dollar Tree Canada is part of Dollar Tree Inc., a Fortune 200 discount retailer.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct daily operational activities within the store
Coordinate inventory management and store scheduling
Oversee merchandising and front end execution
Recruit and develop store associates
Lead teams toward profitable sales results
Requirements:

Leadership experience of three or more years
Retail leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and safety focused mindset
Friendly, helpful team player approach
Ability to manage time and productivity effectively
