This trainee position builds foundational underwriting knowledge through guided case review and practical learning. Assess and classify life insurance risks with experienced underwriter guidance

Identify missing information and document findings and rationale

Follow legislation, privacy requirements, and disclosure standards
Requirements:
Genuine interest in life insurance underwriting
Critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Curiosity and willingness to seek guidance
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications
