Demand Planner Customer Supply
EQI
Coordinate customer demand, inventory, and shipments as a Demand Planner at EQI, using analytical skills and Microsoft Excel. Collaborate globally across Operations.
Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will manage medium-complexity customer accounts and daily order communication. Your work connects customer forecasts, inventory parameters, purchase orders, shipments, and ERP records. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Project Engineers, Quality Engineers, Production Control, Logistics, customers, suppliers, warehouses, and VMI locations to support timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers about orders, shipments, forecasts, and concerns
Analyze demand plans and maintain warehouse and VMI inventory
Place purchase orders based on customer demand analysis
Plan supplier, warehouse, and VMI shipments to customers
Create customer reports covering orders, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory
Requirements:
Two to four years of customer service and demand planning experience
Strong analytical skills using data from multiple sources
Proficient Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Accurate, organized, and effective in independent judgment
ERP experience is an asset, but not required
