Glazing Project Supervisor

Lead glazing projects on site using scheduling, blueprint reading, and worker supervision across various physical locations. This is not a remote position.
The Glazing Supervisor role requires three years to less than five years of experience. You will coordinate activities, supervise workers and projects, and support production planning. The position also includes training, cost estimation, safety compliance, and personnel recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise workers and projects across various locations
Coordinate and schedule glazing activities
Read blueprints and technical drawings
Estimate project costs and required materials
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Three years to less than five years of experience
Excellent oral communication skills in English
Organized and reliable approach to assigned work
Ability to work under pressure
