California Litigation Associate Attorney

WSHB seeks associate applicants with at least one year of attorney experience for its Ontario office. Associates collaborate with lead attorneys across litigation phases, including investigations, evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation. Strong research and writing skills support strategic client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support rapid response investigations after catastrophic losses
Assist with case evaluation and client reporting
Participate in discovery and depositions
Collaborate with lead attorneys across practice areas
Contribute to trial presentation and strategic planning
Requirements:
California attorney license required without exception
At least one year of attorney experience
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Insurance defense litigation experience preferred
Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines preferred
