LensCrafters Assistant Store Manager
LensCrafters
Lead LensCrafters retail performance through sales leadership, team development, and customer care while supporting the Store Manager full-time.
The Assistant Manager acts as a business owner within the marketplace and LensCrafters organization. This leader represents LensCrafters as a premier vision destination, delivers key performance metrics, and supports store business plans. Responsibilities include retail operations, visual execution, doctor relationships, policy compliance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead store operations when the Store Manager is absent
Deliver sales, conversion, traffic, profitability, and retention results
Partner with the Store Manager on team development
Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance
Support doctors, policies, and administrative requirements
Requirements:
High school graduation or equivalent
At least one year managing or supervising direct reports
Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
Strong communication, listening, selling, and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Bring retail leadership, performance management, and vision care service skills to LensCrafters as Assistant Store Manager.
