Manage purchase orders and backorders for Quadbridge’s IT sales operations, applying supply chain experience and careful order accuracy in a hybrid role.
This Buyer position supports the sales team through supplier coordination and purchasing administration. You will work with distribution partners, vendors, customers, and account managers while resolving stock and pricing issues. The position calls for two years’ experience, communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Place purchase orders with distribution partners
Investigate pricing and stock discrepancies
Locate alternative distribution stock for backordered items
Update backorder ETAs, serial numbers, and tracking
Maintain RMA reporting for companywide visibility
Requirements:

Two years’ experience in supply chain or purchasing
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to build internal and external relationships
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to thrive in structured, fluid teams
Use supply chain judgment, purchasing accuracy, and collaborative communication to keep Quadbridge’s technology orders moving efficiently.
