Licensed Practical Nurse Resident Care

Provide resident nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Villa Providence Shediac Inc., using assessment and treatment skills. Permanent full-time and casual 12-hour day or night shifts are available.
This LPN role supports residents through the nursing process within the established scope of practice. You will collaborate with registered nurses and interdisciplinary team members while contributing to care planning, direct care, documentation, and evaluation. New graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing services according to the nursing process
Observe, collect, record, and report resident information
Administer tests, procedures, and treatments within scope
Participate in care planning and multidisciplinary reviews
Support resident independence, dignity, comfort, and safety
Requirements:
Entitlement to work as an LPN in New Brunswick
Ability to transfer an LPN licence to New Brunswick
Ability to work permanent full-time or casual shifts
Availability for 12-hour day or night shifts
Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and safety practices
