This Bilingual Care Coordinator role centers on helping people begin therapy with confidence and clarity. You will engage potential clients, manage expectations, build rapport, and connect them with suitable therapists. The position also includes administrative support, scheduling, billing communications, and daily handoffs, with 25 to 35 hourly hours each week.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage potential clients throughout the intake process
Build trust with clients hesitant about therapy
Resolve scheduling issues and anticipate conflicts
Monitor insurance verification and billing communications
Complete task queues, inboxes, and daily tracking
Requirements:

Five or more years in healthcare or similar client care
Proven passion for high-quality customer service
Experience nurturing leads and retaining existing clients
Technology proficiency with scheduling and video conferencing
Private workspace and reliable internet connection required
