Insight Global is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to support users at one of Canada’s top five banks. The analyst handles day-to-day desk support involving hardware, software, and mobile issues. Banking knowledge, customer service experience, and familiarity with physical and virtual machines are relevant to this assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support users on the Montreal Trade Floor
Handle day-to-day hardware support tasks
Address software and mobile issues
Configure hardware, software, and mobile environments
Provide desk support to banking users
Requirements:
Banking knowledge or experience
Desk support experience
Fluency with Windows environments
Knowledge of physical and virtual machines
