You will administer HRIS platforms, maintain data integrity, and configure modules for changing business needs. The position also supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain secure, accurate HRIS databases
Configure and customize HRIS modules for business needs
Generate standard and ad-hoc management reports
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and collaborate with vendors
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, business, or related field
Minimum four years administering HRIS platforms
Proficiency configuring, managing, and supporting HRIS databases
Understanding of HR processes and data management practices
Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and training skills
