This Business Analyst analyzes business needs and designs digital solutions for clients and users. You will work with Product and Technology teams, product managers, designers, developers, and quality assurance specialists. The work includes requirements discovery, functional documentation, prototyping, validation, and Agile backlog support.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct business requirements discovery with clients and stakeholders
Analyze processes, user journeys, rules, and functional constraints
Build interactive prototypes using generative AI tools
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
Support Agile planning, refinement, review, and validation activities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
At least five years of relevant business analysis experience
Experience designing web solutions and interactive prototypes
Hands-on generative and agentic AI experience
Experience collaborating in Agile software environments
