Diagnostic Imaging Administrative Support III

Support Diagnostic Imaging at Peter Lougheed Centre using Connect Care and medical terminology across inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency examinations. Work includes days, evenings, and weekends.
As an Administrative Support III, you will provide advanced administrative support within PLC Diagnostic Imaging. You will manage established workflows alongside Technologists, registered nurses, and Physicians. The work requires specialized knowledge, accurate typing, and coordination across complex departmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Support inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency patient examinations
Manage established Diagnostic Imaging workflows
Provide administrative support for complex department procedures
Work with Technologists, registered nurses, and Physicians
Support people-centered Diagnostic Imaging services
Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
One year of current AHS Diagnostic Imaging Admin Support experience
Connect Care training
Medical terminology knowledge and Unit Clerk certification
Type 50 words per minute accurately
Bring accurate administration, medical terminology, and Connect Care training to Diagnostic Imaging at Calgary’s Peter Lougheed Centre.
