Inventory Control Coordinator Mount Pearl

Inventory control expertise matters at Cardinal Health in Mount Pearl, coordinating warehouse accuracy, product holds, returns, discrepancies, and purchasing activities.
This full-time, in-person Inventory Coordinator supports Warehouse Operations from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role applies inventory management knowledge across WMS, ERP systems, Excel, and operational procedures. It helps maintain reliable fulfillment by resolving inventory issues, supporting replenishment, and communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product holds, movements, returns, purchasing, and inventory tracking
Profile products to support efficient picking and replenishment
Monitor damaged products, adjustments, shortages, and cycle counts
Investigate inbound and outbound discrepancies using physical counts and WMS records
Document resolutions and communicate root causes to stakeholders
Requirements:
High school diploma
At least one year in an inventory-related position
Knowledge of computer systems, ERP, WMS, MS Access, and Excel
Familiarity with inventory management principles and AS/400 preferred
Ability to lift loads up to 23 kilograms
Bring inventory accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and warehouse systems knowledge to Cardinal Health’s Mount Pearl operations.
