KEILTY Realty Management is seeking a Property Runner for its various properties. The work offers an occasional, flexible schedule with the ability to make your own hours. Duties include inspecting properties, supporting move-in and move-out dates, granting vendor access, and representing the firm professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect properties initially with Owners
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
Test keys for working order
Travel to sites for Vendor access
Assist with new tenant key deliveries
Requirements:

Interest in fluctuating part-time scheduling
Ability to travel to different locations
Customer service background
Professional and positive company representation
Availability for occasional property visits
Apply property inspection, customer service, travel, and access coordination skills while representing KEILTY Realty Management professionally.
