Security Analyst Incident Response

Investigate security incidents at Intact using SIEM, EDR/XDR, and network monitoring tools within a hybrid work model. Protect enterprise environments through disciplined response.
As a Security Analyst II, you will monitor, triage, and investigate alerts across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and application environments. You will perform containment and eradication while correlating telemetry to identify attack patterns and root causes. The work includes improving detection use cases and supporting security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and triage security alerts across enterprise environments
Investigate incidents using SIEM and EDR/XDR tools
Perform containment, eradication, and post-incident follow-up
Document findings, timelines, impacts, and remediation recommendations
Escalate complex incidents to senior stakeholders and commanders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Three or more years in cybersecurity or related fields
Enterprise incident investigation and response experience
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and incident response methodologies
Eligibility to work in Canada
