Food Service Operations Supervisor

Coordinate food service operations onsite by managing schedules, staff activities, supplies, records, and service standards in a restaurant.
As Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee employees preparing and portioning food, including food service counter attendants and food preparers. The work involves budget estimates, stock tracking, reports, tray assembly, and food trolley delivery. English is required for workplace communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities
Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations
Maintain stock, repair, sales, and wastage records
Prepare and submit operational reports
Check tray assembly and food trolley delivery
Requirements:

Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Seven months to less than one year of experience
Ability to work onsite at the physical location
Strong oral communication and client focus
Ability to stand, walk, and work under pressure
Bring restaurant operations, employee coordination, recordkeeping, and service oversight experience to this onsite supervisor position.
