Sodexo seeks a Food Service Supervisor for its Healthcare Division. This position oversees food service, retail, catering, employee training, and customer satisfaction. It also manages budgets, inventory, food safety, regulatory compliance, and established production standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee on-site food production, retail, catering, and food service
Direct and coordinate frontline employee activities
Onboard and train employees
Maintain customer and client satisfaction
Manage budgets, inventory, par levels, and operating standards
Requirements:

Minimum five years of operations experience
At least three years at supervisory level
Experience in high-end, high-volume catering environments
Ability to analyze food, inventory, and menu financial information
Strong planning, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills
