Dental Treatment Coordinator Toronto

Lead dental treatment coordination in Toronto using patient communication and case presentation skills within a hybrid work week.
This leadership role supports an established dental practice near Danforth and Broadview. You will present Invisalign, implant, and complex treatments while guiding patients throughout care. The position also combines team management, office systems, data analysis, and marketing performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and plan Invisalign, implant, and complex treatment cases
Follow up with patients throughout their treatment
Analyze office data and identify areas for improvement
Lead the team and ensure consistent follow-through
Build and refine systems across the office
Requirements:
Experience across all areas of dentistry
Strong communication skills across phone, text, and in-person interactions
Results-oriented approach to closing cases
Computer proficiency and curiosity about using AI
Five years of experience preferred; HARP or CDA an asset
Bring dental knowledge, leadership, and patient communication skills to treatment planning near Danforth and Broadview.
