Bilingual Healthcare Communicator

Support healthcare communications remotely across Canada using English, Spanish, and empathetic telephone skills. Inizio Engage connects callers with medical information support.
As a Healthcare Communicator, you will represent clients across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs projects. You will manage inbound and outbound telecommunication while following scripts, guidelines, and company procedures. The work includes documenting requests, adverse events, and product complaints accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain quality standards across client programs
Collect information and update program databases
Document and triage medical information requests
Complete literature fulfillment for customers
Explain medical terminology empathetically when needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Fluency in English and Spanish
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication
Word and Excel proficiency
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Bring bilingual communication, accurate documentation, and healthcare support skills to Inizio Engage's Canada remote team.
