Hotel Housekeeping Operations Supervisor

Coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations at Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel while monitoring productivity, linen supplies, and guest service. Lead daily cleanliness standards.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will manage key access, assign cleaning duties, and support department guidance and training. The position includes monitoring vacant dirty rooms, coordinating schedules, and maintaining linen and amenity supplies. You will also respond promptly and professionally to guest service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily master key and section key sign-in procedures
Monitor vacant dirty rooms and report productivity concerns
Assign high dusting, low dusting, and coffee pot cleaning
Manage cleaning supply, uniform, and linen inventories
Inspect rooms, linen, and public areas for standards
Requirements:
Ability to supervise housekeeping and laundry operations
Ability to provide department guidance and training
Ability to respond professionally to guest service calls
Ability to maintain inventory and productivity records
Ability to follow linen procedures and safety requirements
