Manufacturing Production Supervisor Octasic

Production planning and hands-on leadership define this Production Supervisor role at Octasic, coordinating daily manufacturing execution with Inventory and Quality teams.
Reporting to the Production Director, the Production Supervisor translates priorities into effective floor execution. You will coordinate production teams, monitor work orders, and manage changing priorities. The role supports technology-product manufacturing through organized communication, resource planning, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily and weekly production plan execution
Establish priorities and communicate them clearly
Monitor work orders, units, orders, and deliveries
Coordinate responses to production blocks and emerging issues
Improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical college education
Production supervision experience in manufacturing environments
Experience coordinating production teams
Understanding of BOMs, work orders, inventory, and instructions
Functional French and/or English proficiency
Bring hands-on leadership, production coordination, and manufacturing knowledge to Octasic’s technology-focused production operations.
