As a Business Strategy Analyst, you develop plans, monitor performance, set targets, and identify service delivery improvements. You analyze business needs and context across large-scale projects, formalize objectives, and recommend solutions aligned with business architecture. Extensive field knowledge supports recommendations involving operational complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop business plans, intelligence, strategies, and solutions
Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, and stakeholder needs
Formalize objectives, organizational value, and business processes
Assess solution impacts, dependencies, and requirements traceability
Support testing, rollout, and change management activities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum six years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced English proficiency for business interactions and tools
Action orientation, collaboration, innovation, and interpersonal savvy
