Influencer Partnerships Social Lead
Pulp and Press
Build creator partnerships for Protein Candy and Pulp & Press remotely from Ontario, combining negotiation, production, and social strategy.
As Community & Social Lead, you will find, engage, and nurture creators and celebrities who fit each brand and audience. You will negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity, then brief, produce, and track partnerships. You will also manage social channels, community conversations, and organic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and nurture relevant creators and celebrity partners
Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity
Brief and co-create native content with talent
Manage partnership rosters, product sends, and results
Track views, engagement, followers, and conversation share
Requirements:
Five or more years managing organic social and content
Experience negotiating with creators, agents, and managers
Experience producing shoots with talent
Understanding of licensing, usage rights, and creator contracts
Comfort with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center
Use creator relationships, production judgment, negotiation, and measurement to grow Protein Candy’s social and partnership programs.
