As an Underwriter Expert, you will evaluate complex Alt A mortgage applications, establish profitable terms, ensure compliance with CMHC and Sagen guidelines, and mentor Mortgage Documentation Officers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
You’ll communicate in English and French, balance multiple tasks, and deliver timely, accurate credit decisions.
