Coordinate home care schedules for CBI Home Health in Peterborough using scheduling software, communication, and precise data management. This full-time role is on-site.
As a Care Access Representative, you will manage direct-care staffing within a high-volume contact center. The work includes calls, chats, intake, data entry, and scheduling requests. You will balance client needs with staff availability while supporting continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Use scheduling software to assign care providers accurately
Meet calls, chats, quality, and visit-scheduling KPIs
Communicate with clients, families, and care providers
Update scheduling databases, records, and care plans
Follow legislation, agreements, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education
At least two years’ customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience
Microsoft Office and scheduling software proficiency
Keyboarding speed of 35–45 words per minute
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Bring scheduling, data management, and communication skills to coordinate person-centered home care services for Peterborough clients.
