As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will help run business activities for local, national, and Fortune 500 accounts. Key Responsibilities:
Develop solutions for consumer and commercial customer accounts
Manage vehicle inventory for productivity and profitability
Generate leads and foster existing customer relationships
Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Complete supervisor-assigned projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Business or Marketing preferred
Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle-driving willingness
Ability to travel to the United States for training
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Customer-facing or sales experience preferred
Bring communication, customer service, and business skills to Penske's sales and operations training program in Surrey.
