Kelly is hiring Mandarin Medical Interpreters to provide real-time interpretation for healthcare providers, emergency services, and public service organizations. The role also supports insurance, legal, and financial settings through accurate, confidential communication. Interpreters must remain composed during sensitive or distressing calls and follow company standards and ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret conversations between English and Mandarin speakers
Support communication across healthcare and public services
Deliver services through audio and video platforms
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Participate in training and quality monitoring
Requirements:
Fluency in spoken and understood English and Mandarin
High school diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Quiet workspace and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi
Commitment to three weeks of full-time paid training
