Industrial automation expertise meets PLC and HMI programming in this Engineer position delivering client projects across manufacturing facilities. Travel to customer sites is required.
You will deliver automation projects from requirements gathering through commissioning and follow-up. The work combines electrical control panel design approval, technical analysis, programming, troubleshooting, and documentation. You will also support client communication, training, and compliance throughout execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather project input data and execution requirements
Supervise and approve industrial control panel drawings
Program PLCs, HMIs, components, and VFDs
Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities
Prepare specifications, reports, manuals, and deficiency lists
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical or automated manufacturing engineering
Minimum five years of similar experience
PLC and HMI programming experience
OIQ Professional Engineer membership in good standing
Strong spoken and written French and English
