Manage reservations across cruise lines and worldwide itineraries for Air Canada Vacations. Process bookings, modify reservations, prepare sailing quotes, and apply rate codes accurately. Support customers, travel agencies, and consumers with professional service throughout each booking.
Key Responsibilities:

Process new cruise bookings using in-house reservation systems
Modify existing reservations and provide detailed sailing quotes
Apply selling and upselling techniques to close vacation package sales
Inform customers about reservation details and travel products
Meet customer service, sales, and handle-time objectives
Requirements:

College diploma in Tourism or relevant work experience
Sales experience with the ability to recognize opportunities
Strong verbal, written, and bilingual English-French communication skills
