This specialist trains colleagues, managers, and peers on brand standards, operational processes, and visual presentation. The role supports national program implementation while helping stores improve execution and customer experience. It connects Business units, Merchandising, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Train colleagues and managers on brand standards and processes
Conduct store visits and analyze department performance
Coach teams on visual merchandise presentation and placement
Develop action plans for performance and procedure gaps
Deliver merchandising workshops and follow up on initiatives
Requirements:

Operational experience as an apparel specialist
Passion for the business and colleague development
Ability to build accountability and drive results
Strong collaboration with Business units and Operations
Willingness to spend approximately 80% of time at stores
Bring operational experience, coaching ability, and merchandising expertise to strengthen Joe Fresh standards across assigned stores.
