Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst
Beanfield Technologies Inc.
Manage accounts receivable and collections for Beanfield in Montréal, using billing analysis and customer communication within a hybrid work model.
This full-time analyst supports billing operations across residential and commercial accounts. The work requires accounts receivable, collections, and reconciliation knowledge, alongside communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. You will help maintain accurate payment cycles and address outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor billing activities, balances, missed billings, and outstanding charges
Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment allocation issues
Maintain accurate customer account and payment records
Follow up on overdue residential and commercial accounts
Support reconciliations, month-end activities, and reporting
Requirements:
Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
Understanding of billing and collection practices
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Google product suite and accounting or ERP system proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
