Own paid media remotely for Blacksmith Agency, using Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads across B2B client accounts.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will direct targeting, budgets, roadmaps and client-facing performance narratives. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency supporting B2B and growing-brand clients. This dedicated paid-media seat remains separate from SEO responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
Allocate budgets, manage bids and refine audience targeting
Test creative and decide when campaigns should end
Maintain conversion tracking through GA4, tag manager and pixels
Own roadmaps, client narratives, retention and account growth
Requirements:
Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
Experience building, running and optimizing campaigns personally
Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Clear spoken English for live calls with United States clients
Bring paid media strategy, measurement and client leadership to Blacksmith Agency’s remote performance marketing team.
