Senior Director IBOR Wealth Technology

Oversee IBOR operations and wealth technology modernization at National Bank, combining investment registry expertise with regulatory reporting leadership. Work hybrid, with three office days weekly.
This Senior Director leads Investment Book of Record operations, including customer statements and tax slips. You will strengthen reliable processes, modernize legacy platforms, and guide cloud-based, automated solutions for wealth management. The position also oversees BI, reporting, data governance, compliance, and cross-functional technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee IBOR investment registry operations and reporting
Manage customer statements and tax slips compliantly
Modernize IBOR systems for reliability and scalability
Drive cloud-based data platform modernization
Define architecture standards and manage change impact
Requirements:
10 years of IT leadership experience with manager management
Experience with IBOR operations and regulatory reporting
Knowledge of wealth management data governance and risk
Experience implementing cloud-based and data-centric solutions
French and English for collaboration outside Quebec
