Dynamite Assistant Store Manager

Lead sales and customer experience at Dynamite as an Assistant Manager, supporting store operations and a high-performing team. Drive results across the sales floor and digital platforms.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with all aspects of store operations. The position emphasizes leadership, sales optimization, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. You will also maintain brand presentation standards while supporting shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Lead teams to optimize sales and operational efficiency
Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
Manage shipments, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Two years of management experience preferred
Fashion clothing experience is preferred
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring fashion passion, customer focus, and operational leadership to Dynamite’s sales, inventory, and store performance.
