Specialty Retail Operations Manager

Manage specialty retail operations with strong planning, staff coordination, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced toy or hobby store. The permanent, bilingual position offers day, evening, and weekend employment terms with 40 hours weekly.
This Store Manager role oversees daily activities in a toy store, hobby and crafts store, novelty store, or retail business. You will recruit, hire, and supervise staff or volunteers while managing three to four people. Responsibilities also include staffing decisions, payroll administration, operational evaluation, and customer issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and supervise staff or volunteers
Determine staffing requirements and assign duties
Evaluate and organize daily operations
Handle customer requests, complaints, and shortages
Complete payroll administration and performance reviews
Requirements:

Secondary school graduation certificate
Three to less than five years of experience
Positive attitude and client focus
Time management and multitasking ability
Criminal record check
Use planning, communication, and people-management abilities to coordinate specialty retail operations and support customer-focused service.
