Use planograms, displays, and customer service skills as a Merchandising Execution Associate at The Home Depot. Support accurate in-store execution across departments.
Merchandising Execution Associates complete projects, maintain planograms, organize overheads, and maintain displays and signage. They execute approved bay service, tasking, projects, and resets safely, accurately, and efficiently. The work supports product presentation, customer experience, sales, and inventory turns while building relationships with store associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret planograms, project instructions, and service requirements
Straighten, clean, and merchandise products for visual presentation
Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools
Maintain signage, brochures, labels, aisles, and bay records
Use store systems to execute actions from merchandising reports
Requirements:
GED or high school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and web-based application knowledge
Team collaboration and effective communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
One year of relevant working experience
Bring planogram accuracy, display maintenance, and customer focus to The Home Depot’s merchandising execution team.
