Recycling Truck Loader Driver

Recycling collection work with Emterra Group requires safe equipment operation and dependable heavy lifting across residential and commercial routes.
As a Truck Loader, you will collect curbside recycling, organics, and waste materials from buildings and other facilities. The work supports waste diversion and circular economy operations while requiring accurate records, public interaction, and consistent safety practices. Duties include repetitive lifting and collection in every weather condition.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect curbside materials from residential and commercial facilities
Pick up refuse in other areas as required
Maintain daily records of completed pick-ups
Dispose of collections according to company policies
Observe safe work practices during operations
Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Ability to operate required equipment safely
Written and verbal client service skills
Ability to read and write pickup records
Successful completion of required background checks
