Life Insurance Client Service Assistant

Coordinate life insurance cases remotely while supporting brokers and clients through onboarding, underwriting, policy issue, and ongoing servicing.
As a Client Service Assistant, you will manage documentation, communicate with underwriters, and maintain accurate client records. The work spans lead intake, applications, policy changes, payments, and delivery tracking. Strong client service, attention to detail, and Salesforce accuracy are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate cases from lead stage through policy servicing
Guide clients through onboarding and applications
Process policy changes with broker signoff
Collect underwriting requirements and pending signatures
Communicate case status with insurance company head offices
Requirements:
Experience in life insurance or financial services
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Google Suite
Salesforce or insurance software experience preferred
LLQP licence or progress toward LLQP is a strong asset
Support life insurance clients and brokers through accurate documentation, clear communication, underwriting coordination, and reliable case administration.
