Key Responsibilities:
Interpret between English and Cantonese speakers in real time
Facilitate communication across healthcare, insurance, legal, and financial settings
Deliver interpretation through audio and video platforms
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Participate in training, quality monitoring, and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Cantonese speaking and comprehension
High school diploma or GED
Location in Ontario and legal authorization to work in Canada
Quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi
Commitment to three weeks of full-time paid training
