Memory Care Supervisor Resident Care

Lead memory care operations with Sunrise Senior Living through hands-on supervision, dementia programming, and compassionate resident-centered care.
The Reminiscence Supervisor leads the memory care neighborhood and supports daily operations. This working leader supervises the reminiscence team, champions the designated care manager model, and promotes dementia-specific best practices. The position also supports family engagement and Life Skills programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the reminiscence team daily
Provide direct resident care and Life Skills support
Monitor condition changes and escalate concerns appropriately
Support family meetings, education sessions, and support groups
Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality compliance
Requirements:
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or dementia care
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sunrise systems
Evening and weekend flexibility as needed
