Senior Infrastructure Systems Analyst

Lead Windows infrastructure, Linux servers, and cloud IaaS as a Systems Analyst II supporting critical data centre and network operations. This regular, full-time role is hybrid.
The Systems Analyst II manages production and non-production infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. The position requires expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, Azure, VMware, and server operations. You will assess technological risk, propose improvements, and support operational reliability for a 24x7 organization across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, install, monitor, maintain, and support infrastructure
Perform upgrades, patches, backups, restores, and troubleshooting
Develop risk assessments, contingency plans, and testing procedures
Provide Tier 2/3 escalation and emergency support
Maintain disaster recovery and documentation procedures
Requirements:
Seven to ten years of infrastructure administration experience
Three to five years managing servers, storage, or engineering
Post-secondary education in IT or related discipline
Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware, and cloud experience
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical writing skills
