OSTOMY Program Nurse Coordinator (Community Health)

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is seeking a MOP Coordinator to manage and coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the Manitoba Ostomy Program, ensuring evidence‑based nursing care for ostomy clients across Manitoba. You will collaborate with the Team Manager and stakeholders to uphold best practice in enterostomal nursing.
Requirements include a Bachelor of Nursing, CRNM and CAET registrations, plus 5+ years in community or long‑term care and 3+ years as a functioning ET nurse.
