Support customers as an SAAQ Service Advisor in Sainte-Julie, using strong organization and communication skills. Work Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Excellence Peterbilt seeks a permanent SAAQ Service Advisor for its service department. The position focuses on customer service, appointment scheduling, work orders, and progress follow-up. Fluency in spoken French and English, computer skills, and priority management are valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and welcome customers professionally
Assess customer needs during service visits
Open work orders accurately
Monitor and follow up on work progress
Receive, review, and close work orders
Requirements:
Minimum three years of similar position experience
Excellent customer service skills
Fluency in spoken French and English
Strong computer skills and efficient priority management
Tact, professionalism, self-control, and attention to detail
Bring bilingual customer service, organization, and work order coordination skills to Excellence Peterbilt’s Sainte-Julie service department.
