Coordinate warehouse operations improvement at Winpak, working fully onsite in Winnipeg across material flow, documentation, and department performance.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this Process Specialist supports daily operations across Shipping, Receiving, Recycling, and Material Handling. The role identifies process inefficiencies and material flow issues. It contributes to department goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:

Support accurate storage and movement of warehouse materials
Identify material flow issues and improvement opportunities
Investigate discrepancies with appropriate internal departments
Help establish department goals, objectives, and KPIs
Follow up on warehouse customer complaints promptly
Requirements:

Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is an asset
One-plus year warehouse experience with inventory processes
One-plus year continuous improvement methodology experience
Ability to build positive cross-department working relationships
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and production tools
Coordinate material flow, warehouse improvement, and performance priorities as Winpak’s onsite specialist in Winnipeg.
