Night Auditor Front Office Supervisor

Lead overnight Front Office operations through night audit procedures, guest service, and accurate reporting while working variable shifts, weekends, and holidays. Support hotel guests with professional, gracious service.
This Night Auditor role runs Front Office shifts and leads Front Office areas when designated managers or supervisors are absent. You will review reports, operate property management systems, verify room rates, and address guest concerns. The position also supports safety, revenue, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Open and close Front Desk Night Audit shifts
Review critical Front Desk reports and audit information
Lead Front Office areas during management absences
Respond to guest problems and service feedback
Verify room rates and support occupancy revenue
Requirements:

One to three years of guest service experience
Previous hotel supervisory experience required
Property management system experience and intermediate computer knowledge
Basic math skills and knowledge of resort facilities
English communication skills and availability for late shifts
