People Analytics and rigorous survey reporting shape this hybrid Employee Voice Advisor opportunity with iA Financial Group in Quebec, Quebec.
In this advisory role, you will serve as an Employee Voice subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and People Analytics colleagues. You will administer multiple survey types, coordinate with subsidiaries outside Workday, interpret employee engagement data, and support HR initiatives. The position requires autonomy and organizational perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Employee Voice contact for stakeholders and subsidiaries
Administer survey platforms across onboarding, exit, and ad hoc surveys
Interpret results using engagement and psychological health best practices
Support PATCs with KPI definition, evolution, and analysis
Manage managers’ satisfaction surveys for VPTC services
Requirements:
Expertise in Employee Voice and survey data analysis
Rigorous analytical approach supporting organizational initiatives
Ability to interpret and use HR data
Ownership of complex issues with organizational scope
Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency
Bring survey platform administration, data interpretation, and People Analytics expertise to iA Financial Group’s internal teams.
